We offer individualized and comprehensive physical therapy services. We treat orthopedic and sports injuries. Utilizing our vast experience and an evidence based approach we implement therapeutic exercises, manual techniques and anti-inflammatory modalities as appropriate to effectively treat each injury.
Whether rehabbing from injury or looking to improve your running performance, we offer comprehensive running analysis. We use videotaping, postural analysis and strength/flexibility assessment to evaluate your stride and form. An individualized program is then created to optimize your technique, efficiency and speed.
Did you know that every year 1 in 100 high school female athletes will suffer a serious knee injury? Total Physical Therapy offers a comprehensive jump training program, combining a dynamic warm up, plyometrics, strength training and flexibility. This scientifically proven National program developed by the Cincinnati Sportsmedicine and Orthopedic Center reduces injuries and improves performance for sports like soccer, volleyball and basketball that involve pivoting, cutting or jumping. We use the Sportsmetrics program in our regular rehab setting for return to sport. Summer training sessions are offered for high school athletes.
